If the size doesn't fit, the color isn't what you expected, or you'd simply prefer a different size, we're happy to assist you with an exchange.
We currently offer Exchange Only and do not provide refunds.

Please raise your exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Our support team will guide you through the complete exchange process.

To ensure a smooth exchange, kindly make sure that:
- The product is unused, unwashed and unworn
- The product is in its original condition

- Exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery

Please note:
- Last available sizes cannot be exchanged for larger sizes.
- One free exchange is available per order.

If the color or overall look isn't quite what you expected, you may request an exchange within our exchange period, provided the product meets our eligibility conditions.

Every Lucknowi Chikan garment is handcrafted by artisans.
Because each piece is individually embroidered, slight variations in embroidery motifs, thread placement, texture, or color are natural and make every garment beautifully unique.
Similarly, slight color differences may occur due to photography lighting or individual screen settings.
These natural variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
❗ Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Product?
We're sorry if that happened.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong product
- A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your concern quickly, kindly share:
- A clear uncut parcel opening video
- Photos showing the issue
Once verified, our team will arrange the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
🚫 Products Not Eligible for Exchange
The following products cannot be exchanged:
- Products that have been used, washed or altered
- Products without original tags
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling
- Products purchased during Clearance or Special Sale events
- International Orders
- Customized or Personalized Orders
❌ Cancellation Policy
As we begin processing orders immediately to ensure quick dispatch, cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been placed.
🌸 Garment Care
To keep your handcrafted Chikankari beautiful for years:
- Hand wash gently in cold water or dry clean.
- Do not soak or scrub.
- Dry in shade.
- Iron with a protective cloth over the embroidery.
- Do not iron directly on mirror work or embellishments.
- Mirror work garments should be dry cleaned only.
- Natural dyed fabrics may release slight color during the first few washes—this is completely normal.
