Our team prides in following through with the commitment and keeping the experience hassle free for our customers. 

However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 2 days from the date of delivery, for a different size only.

Motifs May Vary in Some Pieces As Every piece is Hand Embroided By a Diffrent Artisan 

Defect/ Wrong Product : If product have any defect or any wrong product is dispatched it will be returned and exchanged

In case of defect, we would require clear uncut parcel opening video to verify the claims and advise our customers to always record a clear uncut video of the delivered product for faster claims. 

You can initiate the exchange within 2 days after receiving the order by writing us at

  • Once we receive a exchange request it will be processed by our team which will validate the reason for return/exchange.
  • Once the request is approved you will be provided the mailing address to ship back the shipment to us. 
  • Please note that the items need to be unused and untagged and Maximum Sizes Available can not be exchanged or returned
  • Once the item is received by us and passes the quality check you will be offered the Resolution
  • If the product fails the quality check it will be shipped back to you after a payment of INR 100. No monetary refund will be issued.
  • In case of customised orders, no exchange or refund will be done.


    Exchange / Return for International Orders

    No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
