- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Original receipts would need to be included

- Mirror and Mukaish items Are Only Available for Size Exchange Till Last Size
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless that the items have been mailed back to us. WE DO NOT REFUND IN ANY CONDITION, WE OFFER ONLY EXCHANGE.
IN CASE OF DEFECTS AND MISSING ITEMS :
We accept exchange only if the product is defective and if it meets all the conditions mentioned above.
In case of defect or any item is missing from the order we would require clear uncut parcel opening video to verify the claims and advise our customers to always record a clear uncut video of the delivered product for faster claims.
IN CASE OF SIZING ISSUES:
We send the exact size you purchase but still if it doesn't fits you, we accept exchange but the customer has to bear any extra cost incurred in exchange like shipping charges and pickup charges. Last Size of the product Can Not be Returned or Exchanged in to Larger Sizes. Products which are Out of Stock will not be Exchanged or Returned
VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 03 days of the delivery. There could be a difference in the motifs as all the products on www.lucknowichikan.com are hand embroidered. (EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES) There could be a difference in color due to lighting effects or due to screen resolution and color balance. (EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE IN SUCH CASES) Products are non-exchangeable nor returnable Bought On Special Sale Days.
GARMENT CARE
* We recommend all Chikankari articles to hand wash in cold water or dry clean only.
* Do not soak and scrub the product and dry it in shade.
* Do not iron directly, put a cloth on top to iron. Do not iron on embellishments.
* If it is a naturally dyed, It might bleed during the first few washes. Don't get scared.
* Do not use any hard detergent on any of our products as it can damage the color, fabric and embroidery
* Mirror products are only Dry Cleaned and Never washed with water
*We are happy to help you if all items are unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

• Once we receive a exchange request it will be processed by our team which will validate the reason for return/exchange.• Once the request is approved you will be provided the mailing address to ship back the shipment to us.
• Once the item is received by us and passes the quality check you will be offered the Resolution
• If the product fails the quality check it will be shipped back to you after a payment of INR 100. No monetary refund will be issued.
• In case of customised orders, no exchange or refund will be done.
